When I first rented space at O4 over five years ago, I was simply expecting an office space. It soon became clear that this is an amazing place that really comes alive. I’ve built valuable relationships here, and not just business ones. The O4 team does a brilliant job day in, day out. We feel listened to and supported. In such an environment, a company can thrive – our law firm now has three people. It also turned out that we are needed as lawyers. We are already working regularly with several companies from O4. Among the positives, I’d mention the excellent (and frequent) O4 events. Everyone has a different background and different experiences – we share ideas and support one another. The communal spaces – kitchens, the ping pong table, etc. – encourage these get-togethers.
